Shopping cart printing issue-getting empty SC with random S.C no

Hi all Gurus,

We are using ECC 6.0 & SRM 7.0 with classic scenario.An end-user is facing problem when trying to get print-out of shopping cart. After creating a shopping cart the system gives an empty cart in print preview along with a random cart number.

It was working fine few days back.

Can anyone please help me to get the solution of this issue?

1.Any smartform development done for print shopping cart or SAP Standard?

2. Are all users not able to see the Print view of the shopping cart?

3.Can you recreate the same issue in Development box?

What is your SP level in SRM 7.0 ?

Print shopping cart is standard and it must be printed what user was clicked(Printed).
