Hi Gurus,

Here i have a problem with Purchase requisition & Reservation.

Im giving Reservation for WBS(Procurement type) & later lm running MRP,then its raising PR even there is stock.

And one more issue is,if im using Reservation+purchase requistion for project, then also its raising PR,for the same material & same stock

1. Re+PR procurement indicator will create Pr irrespective of Stock level. - Std SAP

2. MRP project will not check Plant stock level, it will check only project stock level. But, how to make MRP to consider plant stock remains unsolvable, even I had looked up many threads in MM/PP forum with similar requirment, there is no concrete solution for this issue, may be a system design.

Hi,

The following settings in Material Master also will help to consider an item from commonstock while running Project MRP (MD51).

View : MRP1

MRP Type : PD

Lot Size : MB

*******

View : MRP 2

Procurement Type : F

*******

View : MRP 3

Availability Check : 01

Cross project : 1

*********

View : MRP 4

Individual/coll. : 2

Tnx

Abdul

If you select '2', then that material is managed at plant stock only not at project stock level. So, the MD51 will not consider that requirement.

Only if you are managing plant stock for your project. You can generate a warning message stating the material is available in the stock

If you material availability check is active and you have mainatined collective requirements in MRP4 view.
