SD delivery

Dear Experts,

I am trying to do delivery for a sales order and I am getting the below given error

'Order cannot be delivered' and getting the warning message as 'No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date'

I have checked the SO scheduling line date and it given as current date, I have also tried to do the availabity check for the material and after when I click the availabity check it says 'availability check carried out' but my confirmed quanity still remains 0.

I have a stock of 10 quantity and tring to do a delivery of 2 quantity.

Please help me out with your valuable input to solve the issue.

hi,

check whether there are any open sales orders and deliveries exist for that material.

material might have been reserved for that orders.

cheeck in MD04.

Hi Paul,

1.Need to Run stock Requirement list T: code MD04 or

2. Run material Availibility : CO09

3.Check Stock over view. MMBE, if WM is active also check WM stocks : LS26.

4.Then run availabity check from sales order or deilvery.

Hello Paul,

It seems that as schedule line is showing 0 confirmed quantity.

Please chcek your stock in MMBE. then go to warehouse managed stock. I think all the 10 qty is already issued against some Sales order and it is lying in the interim storage bin 916.

Also the negative stocks are not allowed in your case.

Please maintain stock and also chcek the Transfer requirements and availability check settings.

Hi,

This may be because your trying to create a delivery before the date which the system has proposed.Check the delivery date and retry.

this is to inform you that,

there might be plenty of reasons for stock not getting confirmed agaisnst the sales order.

master data checks:

availability check / MRP type.

in SPRO:

availability check settings.

schedule lines - settings whether ACHECK & TOR settings are checked or not.

please check and confirm.

I have solved the problem, The mistake was in the scheduling item catagory. I was using the wrong one.

hi

this is to inform you that,

that means system is not giving any confirmed quantity that means material is not available on that date.

please check in MD04 or CO09 - whether that sales order is there for quantity 2 or not.

please check and confirm.
