Hi
We recently upgraded to ECC 60 - SAP_APPL 600 ( Ehp 00 ) . We are needing a lot of enterprise services available readily in the OTC ES bundle. But by browsing the ES workplace, these enterprise services in the OTC ES bundle seem to be available from SAP_APPL 604 ( Ehp 4 ) . We do have a PI 7.1 system into which I understand we need to import the corresponding ESR contents for service definitions.
Questions
1) Is there a way by which we can download the Enterprise services of the OTC bundle from the service marketplace and install them on the ECC60 - Ehp 00 system and make the enterprise services available ? Or is the upgrade to Ehp 4 necessary before the enterprise services in the OTC ES bundle can be installed ?
2) Even after the upgrade to Ehp4, does the OTC ES bundle have to be explicitly installed on the ECC system by downloading from service maketplace ? Or the OTC bundle of services already available as services SICF - to be activated on Ehp4 after the upgrade ?

Once you upgrade then you will get OTC ES bundles (need to activate while installing Ehp). So upgrade is mandatory.

During upgrade you need to chose to activate required business function and then you can see services in SICF but you still have to activate them in SICF in order to use them.
Note: ESR contents are just definition and w/o Ehp upgrade they are useless.
