Requirement 051 (Item with Pricing) assigned....

Hi All,

I'm creating Shipment cost document with respect to a Shipment document. But I find that cost of line item is Zero and when I go to Analysis, it says that Requirement Assigned '051' is not fulfilled.

I want to know from where system is concluding whether Item is with pricing or not? I checked in routine codes also could not find it.
