CHARM: Error "Select a valid subject "

Hi Experts,

I was trying to create Urngt type of correction (YDCR->YHDF). I filled all the relevant information in YDCR change request document. I also approved it (Authorize Change Request). However, I got error saying that:

Select a valid subject

Though I selected proper subject from the list (Urngt Correction (Maintenance)), system is throwing me the above error. I do not really know how to trouble shoot this problem. May any one please help me on resolving this issue?

Hello,

I guess it could be related to the copy control rules, there is a table where you map the subject to the following transaction to be created, so you should check if the Code Group you are using is mapped to the transaction YDHF. Activity ID is SOCM_MAIN_001.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your kind guidance. I had actually copied all the controls before. However, as you suggested, I deleted all existing "Y" copy controls and recopied them from SDCR. This type I am through. I can now successfully create urgnt type of corrections.
