is there any transaction to change in mass the item partners of sales orders?

There is no standard mass transaction process for changing partner in sales orders. It is not even possible in MASS tcode.

If you really have a purpose which necessitates you to make partner changes at item level for multiple documents, then you only have to create a CATT for the same

Can try this.

There is transaction MASS which can be used to carry out mass changes in the sales order and other objects.

Mass Maintenance: (Use to change multiple fields in multiple documents at the same time). I have done mass change for customers; and orders should work the same way too.

Hi,

You can use LSMW or ECATT method to update item partners of sales orders.

You get relevant data from Business and upload it in system.

train the users on the same.

i mean to say that LSMW is the easiest method which will complete smoothly if every thing is ok.

even we have plenty of strategies on the same but LSMW is better one i suppose.
