Header status on shipment cost document

Dear all,

How to change Calculated status/ Status of account determination / Status of transfer in shipment cost doc? (ofcourse can not change directly).

Mean is what are things will be effected to these status?

hi,

these check boxes are used for three purposes:

Calculated status : you can transfer this when your shipment document is fully calculated and it happens automatically. just select it and save it

Status of account determination : if your ACCOUNT DETERMINATION like G/L accounts and COST CENTRES are ready at the top you select and save it.

Status of transfer in shipment cost doc : if you want to transfer the shipment cost document against the SERVICE ENTRY SHEET which has automatically then select it and transfer.

prior this status will be A and after transferring the data it will become C.

after C - you can proceed further for next process.

In the first case: Could you make more detail How to complete calculate status ?

I have created a shipment doc already, but i don't know how to complete this status.

hi,

this is to inform you that,

Calculated status : that means when your frieght conditions calculations are correct then you can proceed on the same.

you can transfer this when your shipment document is fully calculated and it happens automatically. just select it and save it
