Dear ,my expert :

As you know , the supplier can fill in the information on the "ROS_SELF_REG" screen ,and submit .Then the supplier can get one questionnaire from the email .

My question is that the clients want to the supplier submit one doment as the attachment on the "ROS_SELF_REG" screen .and the document will dispaly in the "ROS_SELF_PRESCREEN"-document tab(the purchaser will check it dowm ).If enhancement is necessary ,how ?

BestRegards!

Hi Alex,

Currently, you do not have an option for supplier to upload attachments.

The following work around may help:

1. In the email that goes to supplier, mention purchaser or supplier admin email address to which suppliers can send their attachments.

2. Purchaser or Supplier Admin can upload the attachments in ROS Prescreen.

Hi Alex,

Perhaps, I was not clear.

"Supplier Admin" in my post means Buyer who manages the suppliers master/registration of new suppliers in the organization.

Supplier cannot access pre-screen.

I would prefer RFI process (using SRM bidding engine), if you want to maintain 2-way communication. Also, RFI process facilitates frequent updates also. The process here can be:

1) Supplier registers in ROS.

2) Questionnaire is sent to supplier and supplier fills it & submits.

3) Buyer verifies the replies and approves the potential supplier.

4) A bidder is created in SRM from ROS data.

5) Buyer sends an RFI to the new bidder seeking additional inputs.

6) Supplier submits the inputs, attaches documents etc.

Steps 5 & 6 can also be used as a periodic process (e.g. once an year).

Best regards,

HI,Ramki

Thank you very much for your reply!

Yeah ,you are right ,we can use the RFI in order to get the attachment document .But I think it is too long trip for the supplier registration ,exactly for the potential supplier .So u2026u2026
