ChaRM: Automatically matching Change Manager to IBase Component possible?

I am just wondering is it possible to have Change Manager automatically selected by ChaRM according to the value of IBase Compnent?

Any insightful suggestions would be appreciated.

From the other thread I got ideas how to proceed, though some steps lack details. I will try to figure out.

Another related question, would it be possible to have multiple selections in the Change Manager field, i.e. 2-3 values matching the same IBase component?
