SAP oss error

Hi guys,

While confirming the files in MOPZ i am getting error.

I checked in SM59 for RFC connection.

I am getting this error.

Error Details ERROR: SNC processing failed: SncSessionInitiatorAK

i have re-entered the user name and password but still the same.

I checked the user name and password by loggin into service market place and it worked fine.

please advice how to proceed.

Hi,

Check the following:

1. Ensure that your n/w team has not changed the settings on the firewall.

2. Check the validity of your saprouter certificate, for this you can use sapgenpse

3. Ensure that port 3299 is open.

4. Restart router, if the error persists, paste the dev_rout output

hi,

I restarted the SAP router.

Now i am getting error the following error.

Error Details ERROR: connection to 194.39.131.34:sapdp99 timed out

Error Details LOCATION: SAProuter 38.10 on 'gcc_sap_router'

Error Details DETAIL: RTPENDLIST::timeoutPend: ROUTED timeout

I am able to ping 194.39.131.34 but in sm59 i getting the timed out error.

Hi

Delete RFC SAP-OSS then in thecnical settings tcode OSS1 set the settings and save the changes. This create automatically RFC SAP-OSS, perform authorization test and connection test. If don't work please paste DEV_ROUTE log file here.
