Tax - pricing issue

Hi all,

In my credit memo, Ztax condition type comes automatically in the pricing conditions with 0% tax.I checked, this doesn't come from condition record. and the zero value is not maintained manually.I dont know How system takes zero % tax for this condition type.

I want to make it 18%.Please assist

Are you sure that you dont have an external system like Sabrix or Vertex connected to your ECC instance which calculates the tax amount condition and sends the value across?

Thank you so much.ZTAX comes from SABRIX (confirmed from sabrix team)

Go to VK12, key in the condition type ZTAX, select the requirement combination and execute. There block the line item and click on the blue lens on top and ensure that you have selected the box "Mark for Deletion". Now try to create a fresh credit memo and update the forum
