Error in testing Service RS_BCT_XA_X_GET_ROLES

Dear Experts,

While i try to test to service RS_BCT_XA_X_GET_ROLES in SICF, i am getting the below mentioned error, please help.

Can you test this service in WSADMIN to see if it works.

Hi Rohit,

This is the message i am getting when i tried to test service from WSADMIN.

Cannot download WSDL from http://blrkec142276d.ad.infosys.com:8000/sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/RS_BCT_XA_X_GET_ROLES?sap-client=001&wsd... It is not allowed to access this service. If you believe you should be able to, please contact your system administrator
