NETWEAVER: SYSTEM Information Page - Error

Hello,

When I am trying to open SYSTEM Information page from Netweaver HOME, following error I am getting

404 Not Found

SAP J2EE Engine/7.00

The request cannot be processed.

Details: com.sap.engine.services.servlets_jsp.server.exceptions.ServletNotFoundException: Requested resource [/SystemInfo] not found.

Exception id: [00155D013C66005100000055000011680004985DE6B4A55C]

Any can help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

What patch level is your system at? Since its a 7.00 system, I suggest you patch it to the latest SP.

Also, ensure a valid license is installed on the system.

Thanks for response. Please find the following info about system satus

1) License file is valid

2) Current Release:7.00

NOTE: On JAVA Stack, every thing is working fine accept this page System Information.

Patching the system to the latest SP level will help.

Hi,

I have similar situation where i can not open sys info page ..

other links are working ..

at this moment , we could not patch SP level.. any alternate way to fix it..

any suggestions .. Thanks
