Server hang up issue at IE 8

Hi,

We are having a Web dynpro java application on SAP NW 7. During a button click , when firing a suspend plug to a target URL it throws a Message as u201CServer Hangupu201D. This message appears with a complete blank screen of Web dynpro application.

Note that this issue comes at IE 8 for only few users. Rest other users do not have any problem.

Kindly throw some hints for any missing setting or configuration changes.

Hi,

Have you tried with Compatible Views, in IE8 try setting the compatible views to enable usage of the Portal URL with IE8.

Tools - Compatible View Settings - Add Domain name to the compatible view list and see if it works.
