Using workflow in DMS

Hi. I have several questions about using workflows with DMS.

I want to implement an approval workflow.

- Is it possible to fix the next status of the document if somebody doesn't approve the workflow?

- Is it possible to manage distribution lists when the status changes?

- How can I set all these things?

- Is it possible to use digital signatures to implement this? How can I set it?

The questions are not very clear to me. Kindly elaborate more on your requirements.

Go to SAP Transaction SPRO -> Cross-Application Components -> Document Mangement -> Approval

Define Authorization Group

Define Individual Signature

Define Signature Strategy

Then go to Cross-Application Components -> Document Mangement -> Control Data -> Define Document Types

Select the document type for which you need digital signature and double click 'Define Document status' on tree structure on left side.

Select the status for which you need digital signature and click 'Details'

Provide the signature strategy that you created in field 'SignStrat.' and SAVE.
