Dear all,

We are having SAP ECC 6.0 production server on Microsoft cluster.

in st06 I am able to see the free space status on each disk.

but when I check the archive dir status in DB12

status of archive directory:

free space (KB):Unknown

kindly suggest.

Hi Michael Hong ,

I have also seen this problems in my systems.. please restart OS Collector for you SAP & DB Instance, it may work.

Hello Michael,

There exist a lot of SAP Notes on this topic.

I don't know the exact version of your SQL Server.

Try the following keywords on the SAP Marketplace : "DB12 SQL Server".

You will see that a lot of SAP Notes exists, depending on SAP version and SQL Server version.

Some of the Notes contain SQL Server scripts you have to run, others source code corrections and patches.

Hi,

check all the standard background jobs are running or not, check in SM36 standard background jobs.
