Excise is not calculating on sales order

Hi Experts ,

Sub:Excise is not calculaing on sales oder for a perticular plant

We have configure a new manufacturing plant .in this the system not performing calcualtion on the base amount and no tax duty is coming .but for one plant its coming properly .

Hi

1.Material and chapter id combination.

Maintain material,chapter id,plant combination

2.Excise indicator for plant.

maintain excise indicator 1 for plant.

3.Customer excise details

maintain excise indicator 1 for customer.

hi,

once check in j1id excise master data whether excise tax indicator maintained or not for customer,plant and check chapter id for material.

it will be help to solve your issue

Hi,

As you are not getting Excise value at your Sales Order.

Kindly goto Sales order->Item details->Conditions->click on analysis.

Through this you will come to know the exact reason why system is not able to pick value for your respective Condition Type.

Some of the checks you need to carry out are

1) Check whether Delivering plant is flowing in sale order

2) Check in customer master CIN tab whether you have maintained the required value

3) Check in J1ID - Excise Indicator for Plant whether you have maintained "1" under the tab "Exc.Ind.Comp."

can you please check the material master you have miantained proper taxes in Sales views?
