U'gent Correction created even though status is restricted

Hi-

For my u'gent corrections I have maintained authorizations so that my users are restricted from setting the "created" status on the correction. When they attempt to create the u'gent correction, they are issued with the error message "you are not authorized to perform this activity" however the correction document number is still generated.

Any idea how to cancel this immediately so it is stopped from generating?

I had the same problem, object CRM_ORD_PR is the solution, do not grant "create or generate" for the document

Hi,-

I removed activity 01 "create or generate" from the object CRM_ORD_PR and retested. I am still getting the same behavior. The error messages I am getting are:

You are not authorized to perform the activity selected last

No maintenance cycle is open for the current system

Yet the document is still being created with a number. There is a maintenance cycle open but it is not being attached to one bc this user doesn't have the authorization.

Anything else I might be missing?

When I was dealing with that, it didnt work the first time either, I had to deactivated all the "CRM component" authorizations, and only activate these objects: CRM_ACT and CRM_ORD_PR (with activity 2 and 3).
