Transfer change lists API

I am looking for API to transfer change lists in Integration Directory. Can anybody help me in finding the API or how to resolve it?

Hi

I have a similar requirement as Damian. I need an API (either a Directory API in SWC Basis or an api in the ABAP stack of PI) to read all the changelist IDs created for a particular user (user name being the query string).

Any pointers?
