You would need the Password generated from SAP India.. Once you have it you may use the Certificate Id and Password combination to log in SAP Service Market Place / View or Download OSS Notes.
If you have the certificate number (like S0123456789) or the email address associated with it, you can write to the address sapnet@sap.com and they will be able to issue you a new password.
