How can I find SNC Portal Role?

Hello~ Everyone~

I'm beginner in SNC.

When we test SNC, usually using SNC web menu through SNC gui.

(It's Just webdynpro window)

Menu : SAP menu -> Supply Network Collaboration -> Web UIs for SAP SNC -> Complete View

But we want to use SNC through Enterprise portal.

As I know, We can use SRM portal after just assign SRM role to portal user.

Also we saw in other project site, SNC can show SNC portal menu in Enterprise portal.

And we checked below 2 role is used in portal role.

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/SNC/SNC_DO_ROLE

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/SNC/SNC_ROle

But when we try to assign 2 role in enterprise portal.

We can't find 2 role.

1. Are they standard roles?

2. If yes, How can we find these roles? or How can bring these role objects?

Thank you for your help.

Sky from korea.

Hi,

Enterprise portal is a single touch base for all the users.... Many applications can be launched from the enterprise portal.

Similar to the SRM, SNC can also be launched from portal. For eg, when a supplier wish to access the SNC and SRM as well, the can directly access the enterprise portal, authenticate himself and then from the portal he can access either the SNC screens or SRM screens based on the requirement.

There are no out-of-the-box roles created in SNC to enable it on portal. Any enterprise portal will have an option where an application (SRM or SNC) be absrobed into portal or merely to provide a link on the enterprise portal which launches a seperate SNC or SRM window.

Thanks,

Krishna
