Err:Two main windows are not allowed

Hi all,

We got a requirement wherein, we need to print a form in two page format in smartforms.Here we have created a 'Main Window' in page1 and in page2 when we tried creating a 'Main Window' system throws an error called "Two main windows are not allowed".

We tried copying the first page main window to the second page, after copying the main window, deleted some in the copied version of the main window.But when we tried deleting some in the copied main window in second page the first page main window's contents are also getting deleted.

When we went through the forum, we came to know that for every page one 'Main Window' is allowed.

Kindly, suggest us what can be done for this.

Krishnan,

You can create one main window for a page. It is not possible to create two main windows on a single page.

Under Page and Windows node

create FIRST PAGE and place your main window and in general attributes tab set nextpage = FIRST.

Then create NEXT PAGE and place your main window and in general attributes tab set nextpage = NEXT.

Thats what we are doing but the system is throwing the error.
