XI Transports

Hi All,

I created a Scenario RFC-to-File under one software version.Then I exported that software component version.

Now I want to Import the TPZ file which is generated in Same Integration Repository.Is it Possible?

We have only Dev system.I want to import in Same.

Please guide me on this.

Can you plz explain me how ???

Bcoz what I did was, the objects under the SWCV which i exported , i deleted that later on . Now I want to import that again in the same IR.

Ruchi,

As long as you have the copy of your TPZ file, you can import it into XI. Just go to tools-->Import.

hi,

please refer to the following directory in your xi.

IR

to export

Usr/sap/XID/sys/global/xi/repository_server/export

to import from export file

Usr/sap/XID/sys/global/xi/repository_server/import

ID

to export

Usr/sap/XID/sys/global/xi/integration_server/export

to import

Usr/sap/XID/sys/global/xi/integration_server/import

Hi Venjamin n Bhavesh,

Actually what we are doing is, we have only one XI System, we tried importing the same way you mentioned, but then at the end it shud show the objects in the change list, right ??

It doesn`t show anyhting there...though the .tpz file is moved to ImportedFiles Folder from Import...

Also, after exporting that , i deleted the namespace from IR.

Hi,

I cud import it...actually i was not deleting the SWC from IR...in that case it doesn`t show anyhting in the change list when imported.

But after deleting, it directly shows up that in IR.

Anyways, thax a lot everybody for quick replies.
