User * is not assigned to a partner

Hello all:

I have created myself as a business partner, type BUP003 - Employee (Maintained) with the user name of my user name when I log into SCM. I have assigned myself as the Employee Responsible (TBUR011 - Is the Employee Responsible For) for a second business partner which is a vendor (BBP000 - Vendor (Maintained)). When I open my WebUI, I get logged in, but it gives me the message "User * is not assigned to partner" I am sure that I am missing something pretty simple but cannot figure it out. Any thoughts?

Hi,

Perform Tcode: /n/SCA/USRPRTASSIGN

1. Enter the following details:

     - User name

     - Business Partner

2. Execute.

   This will work

I figured out the answer to my problem. In my secondary vendor partner, I created a new relationship, "FSCM001 - Has SNC User" and assigned myself as an SNC user for the vendor. Now, when I log in, I see my name tied to the vendor.

you can use the transaction to assign user to partner..
