LSMW recording - Inserting more than 17 item

Context: In LSMW, recording Sales order under VA01- As per the standard format 17 field are being displayed to key in the material entry at one go (I'm trying to copy the 17 entry from excel sheet) and then need to press enter for inserting the futher enteries. I have to key in 20 material.

Exported the field details in excel format when recording is created.

Query: The fields ID MABNR_01 to MABNR_17(Material no.) is recorded fine for first 17 entry but thereafter for all the enteries that i made after pressing enter while recording is generated with field id as MABNR_02 to MABNR_04. Ideally it should be sequenced from 17 to 20. I tried to change the sequence in excel sheet but while Field Mapping stage it shows 1-17 only

Please suggest the turn around

hi,

if this is your issue.

then, decrease the system resolution in your desk top.

by doing this what happens is the line items which are showing very few will increase.

this might clear your issue.

this is out of SAP because the window or screen which SAP has designed we cannot change it with even TECHNICAL guys help also.

so, this is out of SAP solution

please check & confirm.
