UWL Forward/Resubmit button is not working

Hi Experts,

We have upgraded from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0.

Now we are facing issue in UWL. "Resubmit" and "Forward" button is not working in portal UWL screen.

When we are clicking on "Forward" button its opening a new window and showing an error "The action specified is not supported for this item".

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi Sambaran .

the UWL sould be configured after of configuration portal , is other additional configuration you portal partner will be make that configurations into SRM instalation guides show how do that . you can review the configurations to check if is ok.

I am the portal consultant and i have done all the configuration related to UWL in Portal, like configuration of standard XML file, setting up WebFlow connector etc..

What else i need to configure???

Can you please mentioned it specificaly...
