Setup Reimbursement Amounts for Meals/Time

Hi

I have this scenario to define meal allowance for oversea trip based on departure time (outbound flight) and arrival time (return flight).

Departure time

1. Leaving before noon (<12pm) -> Meal allowance is 100% (SGD 50)

2. Leaving after noon (>12pm) -> Meal allowance is 50% (SGD 25)

Likewise for arrival time, it is opposite percentage as the scenario above e.g. arrival before noon 50%, after noon 100%

I'm not very familiar to use time scale to define this scenario, appreciate someone can provide guidance.

Hi,

It would be configured in the table V_T706H per diem meals scaled by hours. If you are going to do for an Europian country all the statutory config is available.
