ME2O - Error during copy of partner: Partner role SH

HI,

I receive this error when i try to create a delivery from ME2O. In the customer master data, the vendor code is present. Also, in the partner function i have the SH - customer code. What other config sould i have to do to solve this problem? In the partner functions i have also SP, BP, BY, this is worng? should only be SH?

PS: for other combination of vendor-customer-plant it works

are you getting error

Message no. VL864.

If yes then check have you assigned customer nuber in Venor master?

Check once again Partner role SH may be missed customer master partner functions.

I think i solved the problem... the customer was't opened for the right channel.
