Hi,

For a particular original of a document.

When user tries to view the attachment from CV04N,file is not opened.

We are getting the message 0 bytes transferred.

Ive executed the SDOK_PHIO_LOAD_CONTENT function module with the object id of the document.

This function module also returns 0 bytes.

FILE_ACCESS_INFO-FILE_SIZE = 0.

Could you please provide me some inputs,

In which scenario 0 bytes will be returned

or

Why the content is not appearing.

Thanks for your help.If possible share the documentation of the function module SDOK_PHIO_LOAD_CONTENT.

Regards

Keerthi

Could you confirm if:

1.You are able to process the document from CV02n transaction?

2.Is the document 'checked in' in the defined storage repository?

Also, check and compare the windows settings regarding file format of the original in question(.pdf,.xls etc) and ensure that appropriate file format values are maintained as default programs.

Hi Pradeep,

When i try to open the word document from CV02n transaction, system after checking SAPHTTP destination and other checks,it opens a blank document and 0 bytes transferred message appears.

The document is checked in against the appropriate storage category.

Only this document is having problem. Please advice.

In that case, please check if a local file of the original file is created in the C:\temp folder in your system? If no,this indicates that the local file is not getting stored/is deleted. If this is the case, then see if BADI DOCUMENT_FILES01 helps.

Do share your observations.
