go to qa02 , enter inspection lot, check whether insp plan is attached. if not then attach it by clicking on task list assignment tab and then go to sample tab and click on sample calculation tab.
rather it has calculated full lot quantity as sample quantity.
Dear what sampling procedure you are using it depends on the sampling procedure and did you assign the sampling procudure to inspection characteristic in inspection plan?
Also check In material master Inspection setup remove the 100% inspection tick if it is enabled.
