Service Desk/ Work Center: "My substitute" - No BP to choose

Hello experts,

we are running a SolMan EHP1 SPS25.

After patching I have the problem, that when trying to find a BP for a substitute (in the work center), no BP is found. There should be the Business Partners displayed that belong to the corresponding organisational unit.

Does anyone has an idea how to solve this problem?

Have you applied SAP Note 1468591 - SAP Solution Manager: Basic functions: SP25 and higher?
