Factory Calendar in SRM

Hi All,

This is regarding the factory calendar in SRM and R/3.

In R/3 system ,we have factory calendar extended till 2050.

In SRM system,we have factory calendar extended till 2010.

As I have done testing in QA system, while creating the shopping cart, sysetm is not giving me any error message even if it is outside the date of 2010.

When i tried creating Purchase order in SRM for year more than 2050 i.e. 2051, it is showing the error as 'PO xxxxxxx: Deliv. date outside period covered by factory calendar GB '

Please let me know if there is a need to change the factory calendar in SRM or if it considers the R/3 system which is till 2050.

Hi

SRM Does not have its own Factory Calendar. this validation is done from backend for the factory calendar assigned to the plant.
