In our production SCM system, RF users frequently getting kicked off and getting the following error message in SM21 logs
/SCWM/RFUI R4 7 Delete session 001 after error 061
/SCWM/RFUI R4 7 Delete session 001 after error 061
/SCWM/RFUI R4 7 Delete session 001 after error 061
/SCWM/RFUI R4 7 Delete session 001 after error 061
/SCWM/RFUI R4 7 Delete session 001 after error 061
To resolve those errors, we have recently applied latest webdispatcher and kernel patch level and optimized ICM parameters, however we still have issue the RF (radio frequency) users kicked off from SCM production system.

Hi,
Just some information:
Delete session 001 after error 061" occurs if the following senario happens:
The customer is already in the system; He logged again with the same ID, then he will get a pop up window for 3 options:
1. continue with this log on and terminate other logon
2. continue this log on without ending other logon
3. terminate this logon
If the customer choose the option 1, then his previous session in the system will be ended, and the information about 061 issued. Therefore,if the customer choose the option 2,this message will not occur.
This seems to be relevant to Basis, rather than our product ...
Best Regards,
Ada
