Usage Decision

Hi All,

I have users A, B & C. I have materials with type X & Y. In QE51 OR QA32, I want user A can give Usage Decision to only materials with type X, user B can give Usage Decision to only materials with type Y and user C can give Usage Decision to materials with any material type.

Please advise me on this, how it can be done?
