Report RBDMIDOC doesnot have option to provide target system

Hello ,

We have successfully finished the initial replication of HR organization structure into SRM using program - RHALEINI.

Now we want to do delta replication of the HR organization structure using change pointers using program - RBDMIDOC ( as suggested by SAP ).

I have following 2 doubts.

1) This program triggers IDOC which brings any change in HR structure in SRM.

Our requirement is that only changes under one specific node should get reflected in SRM.

How can we achieve this?

2) Program - RBDMIDOC when executed, triggers IDOC into all the systems which use message type - HRMD_ABA .

Currently we have 2 systems in place ( RPM and SRM )

We dont want to activate the functionality for RPM but only for SRM.

There is no control over the target system. we have such option in RHALEINI.

How can we specify the target system ?

Is there any user exit/badi or other way to achieve this kind of functionality?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks,

Ganesh.

Hi

Do you have same message type taking data from HR to SRM and RPM. Purpose of change pointers is to catch the changes made in HR Objects since last replication and puts them in an IDOC to send it over to the respective backend system.

I will suggest you to activate exit EXIT_SAPLRHA0_001 in HR To exclude the data from being put into the IDocs to SRM. THis exit can be used to exclude the generation of IDocs for RPM and the unwanted org units to SRM.....
