Hi,

My client is in trading business of industrial products.They are importing from Australia and selling the same material in India.

For supplying the same to customer my client is making contracts.Which includes

1.quality of the product

2.Quantity of the product

3.Price

4 when to be delivered.

How I should map the same in SAP.

Dear Venkat,

trading goods : take material type as HAWA.

sales document : you can use either scheduling agreements or quantity contracts with pricing & its respective date of delivery.

the advantage of using scheduling agreements are you can have your own delivery dates according to your client. From scheduling agreement you can directly create a delivery instead of going to sales order and then creating a delivery for the same.
