External receipt number is already used

Hi experts,

I have three Shopping Carts in my "Backend application errors" whith this:

"Shopping Cart SC000001..... : ME218 external receipt number XXXXXXXX is already used"

How I can fix this?

Hi

What is the backend document which is supposed to be created for this Shopping Cart. It seems the number which is being pushed by SRM to ECC is already occupied there. Check the configuration of number rnages in ECC....

Thanks for your answer.

Ranges are ok. I don't know why system gives a occupied number.

I deleted field BE_OBJECT_ID in Table BBP_PDBEI of Shopping carts manually.

But now, I don't know if systems will give a new one.
