Different Inco Terms are coming for Same Sales Order

When Creating sales order Inco Terms are copied into the document. However for same cusomer differrent incoterms are copied for Same sales Order, due to which Delivery comination in not possible.

Please suggest why Different Incoterms are coming.

could you explain further with an example.
