LDAP not connected to OS Level from R/3

Dear Experts

I have installed Netweaver SR2 in Windows 2003 with LDAP. I am trying to connect to OS LDAP from ABAP by using LDAP transaction.

used LDAP transaction code in WebAS abap stck to configure LDAP connection with LDAP.

I am getting error like Error at os level

can any one help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Can you send us more details about your LDAP ? version ? AD? port ? how you defined your LDAP server and LDAP connector into LDAP TCode, Does the destination is ok in SM59 ....

Thanks for your reply.

LDAP version 2.8.6

Port 389

LDAP destination is also ok.

Now can connect to the LDAP withou system user. Program ID is not activated so its not connected on that day. Now its connecting withough giving User ID and Password. If I use the system user its not connecting and getting error "Could not connect to DIrectory".
