rollout SAP GUI Installation Server in env constitute of diff version

Dear All,

i've read the Installation Server manual and having some doubts, appreciate if any one can shed some light.

1) How do we automate installation of SAPGUI with Installation server? for eg. command
<server>\<shared folder>\setup\NWSAPSetup.exe /package:u201C<package command-line name>u201C /silent need to configure in the logon scripts for every user?

2) In our environment, our existing sapgui are constitute of version 4.x, 6.x and 7.x. According to the Installation Server guide, only sapgui with version 7.x will be updated? If that's the case, what's the method to upgrade the older version? Uninstalla and reinstall?
