CPH - data for system availability is not coming

Hi Experts,

In CPH for system availability, I have assigned the procedure in RZ23n. But even after 3-4 days I am not able to see any data in RZ23n --> Overview of available data for system availabilty, instance availability, logon check etc.

Following MTE classes are used

Availability_InstPercent

Availability_GroupPercent

Availability_RFCPercent

Availability_SysPercent_ABAP

I have assigned the procedure for CPU utilization, pagein pageout etc and i am able to see this data.

I have already installed ccmsping agent in setellite system and also proper alerts are coming for system availability in RZ20.

Actually i am trying to configure SLR and in that system avilability data is not coming.

Hi,

I had a simular problem. Go to RZ23N and execute menu "Extended -> Initialize Data Collection".

Hello,

Is system availability okay in the EWA report for the same system?

This is a good double check as SLR are fed data from EWAs for trending 4 weeks and 12 weeks.

So if this data is misisng in the EWA report, it needs to be resolved there before it can be available for the SLR.

Paul..Thanks for your reply. yes SLR takes its data from EWA but what i think for system availability in SLR, it fetches its data from CPH (configured through RZ23n). I have assigned procedure to availabilty MTE classes but I can't see any data in RZ23n --> Overview of available data for system availabilty
