Error in SAP solution Manager Installation

while we are installing Solution Manager we get :An error occurred while processing option SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EhP1 > SAP Systems > MS SQL Server > Central System > Central System.

The log file is as follow :

Hello Mazen

Try to check the start log file for possible reasons or your windows events to see if you can pinpoint the reason why your SAP system doesn't start. You can also give it a try yourself through MMC and then check why it doesn't startup properly.
