Mos likely port 25 is blocked by firewall... also check that the IP of your SAP server is populated on the SMTP Server Relay agent.

Hello Gurus

Actually  I have the same problem  I had checked  this:

parameter SMTP rz10: OK

Scot configuration : OK

Test router mail :OK

Active virtual  sicf: ok

test telnet to server mail  port 25 : OK

SMTP agent  ok  IP server ERP have added on Exchange 2010 .

However  in the ICM log i have this message :

[Thr 5508] Wed Jun 13 15:15:01 2012

[Thr 5508] *** ERROR => SMTP PlugInHandleNetData: buffer status 6 not o.k. [smtp_plg.c   996]

[Thr 5508] *** ERROR => IcmPlAllocBuf: MpiGetOutbuf failed (rc = 7(MPI_EBROKEN: pipe broken/canceled)) [icxxplugin.c 1149]

[Thr 5508] *** ERROR => SMTP SmtpClientClose: alloc failed, rc = -3 [smtp_plg.c   2734]

[Thr 5508] *** ERROR => IcmConnClose: PlugInStopConn failed (rc=701) [icxxconn.c   3105]

I have checked the SAP note Note 1171502 - Error when sending e-mails using the ICM SMTP plug-in, but this note not applicate for sap version

Could you please provide any solution to resolve this issue.

Regards

Danny
