Hi All

Basically I am reciving an external number which is not a SAP Sold to party and I have to converd that external number to SAP Sold to party.

I would like to know that can I able to validate Sold to Party from EDPAR Table.?

If so then do I need a qualifier in EDK14KA1 segment.?

Hello Kumar,

EDPAR can you used to xref ext partner number to internal ship-to or sold-to numbers. The ext partner number send on the inbound IDoc should be on segment E1EDKA1 'AG' for sold-to or 'WE' for ship-to. You need 2 entries in EDPAR to xref these ext partner numbers with partner functions "AG" - Sold-to and 'WE' -Ship-to.

WE can use EDPAR table to validate any partner function against SP or SH.

Hello.

Yes EDPAR table provide cross reference between SAP customer master and one provided by customer in inbound EDI e.g EDI 850.

Or its only used for Ship to party...
