Unable to Launch Application

Hello Experts,

Getting the below error, when I try to launch either the ESR or the ID. Any ideas on what might be going wrong with PI. We have the PI 7.1 Enh1.

*Unable to Lanuch the Application*

"Unable to Launch the application"

Solution:

01. Un-Install Java and install Java

02.From Control Panel, go to Java -> General tab, Temporary Internet Files-> View... -> Delete all the content there.

03. Re-initialization and force-signing\

check the note "952402 "
