Batch delivery

Hi,

During PGI the batches are not defined for delivery item 000010 .Please give me the solution how to solve.

Hi Miku,

Could you please enter the batch for the delivery and do the goods issue if the material is batch managed.

Else if you think the material is not batch managed and system expects to enter batch. Please remove the LIPS-CHARG

flag in debugging and do the goods issue

Hi Miku,

Please check following things,

--> Check wether material is managed in Batch or not. (check material master sales org view)

--> If yes, than check wether batches are already created for the material or not (T.code MSC3N), if not than create it through MSC1N.

--> If batches already exists than check MMBE stock and confirm in with batch, stock is available.

--> Select the batch number and enter the same in delivery and than proess PGI.

Please check in MMBE weather stock is available for that Material or not, If stock is there then check in VCH3 condition record maintained or not to determine batch automatically.

In this system looking to have batch identified in delivery line item. The batch determination and batch serach strategy should be fine in Transaction code VCH1
