WP_PLU03 Idoc - Retail Pricing

Guys,

In SAP IS Retail system, using Retail pricing procedure. In this scenario, SAP Retail sends PLU data to POS as a Idoc WP_PLU03.

In this scenario, WP_PLU03 will contain all sale price as per Retail pricing procedure for any article/any store.

In Order to achieve this, Is there any other config has to be done or it is not possible to achieve in config.

We need to do any user exit reg. this.

This question may be very broad question.

Hi Praba,

Firstly you need to maintain a partner profile in WE20 for the outbound message type WP_PLU.

You also have to maintain a profile for POS Outbound - SD > POS Interface > Outbound > Maintain Profile for POS Outbound.

Also need to maintain the condition types that you wish to send to POS in the POS Condition type group - SD > POS Interface > Outbound > Maintain POS Condition type group.

Maintain a procedure for POS Outbound and assign it in OVKK for standard DPP and CPP of the site customer.

After maintaining this if a condition record is maintianed, it will flow to POS.

Firstly you have to make sure with ABAPER that what are the change pointers tables to consider.

As per my understanding firstly you have to analyse MVKE table change pointers as WP_PLU also sends other details such as barcode, EPOS description etc to store along with Prices.

Also- you need to analyse change pointers in WIND table.

When the program is executed to prepare Idocs, system looks in to the Condition record table and based on lead time maintained at

SPRO>SD>POS Interface-->Maintain Profile for POS Outbound, the system will carry out a check in the condition table for system date plus lead time and whatever prices are active within above calculation will be sent from SAP in Idoc.

To be frankm there are many settings which needs to be made where correct details are sent to stores using WP_PLU idoc and you need to refer SAP process docucment for it.

Apart from all this you need to activate the change pointers globally in bd61. Also you would need to activate the change pointers for message type WP_PLU03 in bd50. I hope all this will suffice you requirement.
