Is there any transaction that is possible to see if a storage location is controled by WM and other if it is configurated to use HU ?

you can find warehouse sloc from table T320 and HU managed sloc from T001L.

Follow the menu path in SPRO: Logistics General and Logistics Execution. Donot think there are any T-codes that can tell you the required information
