I need printing this form but I don't know which program is associated to it. I don't find any program which call to data element '510-C' of MAIN window. Please, could you help me?

It calls dynamically. Concatenated with payment method. Check line no 311 in include RFFORI01

This is the program associated for that form RFFOD__S, But this should be configured by using the transaction 'FBZP'.
